On this website's Terms of Service, SigFigPics will be referred to as "we", "our", etc., whereas donors will be referred to as "donors", "their", etc.

At SigFigPics, we respect the total privacy of our donors. As independent artists, we understand how important it is to keep personal information personal when it comes to financially supporting those in the art community. That's why we take a number of security steps to ensure your information stays safe.

1.- We only accept donations through PayPal; this way, no credit or debit information needs to be submitted in order for a donor to receive their commissioned digital art caricature. We send a secure PayPal link directly to the email a donor provides us on our Build-Your-SigFigPic page, only after the donor's commission is received on our end. The PayPal link will be sent along with a review of the donor's commission to ensure everything is to the their utmost liking before they donate. We exclusively use Paypal to ensure that sensitive banking and card information is not collected or shared in any way. This keeps the entire process secure for the donor.

2.- As a donor-centric independent art service, respecting our donors' private security is our number-one priority. We specifically will not share or sell any of the personal info a donor sends us (including first and last name, email, etc.) with any third parties or advertisers whatsoever. Please refer to PayPal's own privacy policy and Terms of Service to understand their terms and conditions regarding how they manage your personal data. We are not responsible for any data handling or privacy policies that PayPal manages with your personal information.

3.- We will never share or sell any personal information that a donor includes in the Build-Your-SigFigPic commission form, including names, birthdays, general information, rank, etc. to any third-parties or advertisers whatsoever.

Return policy

1.- As each SigFigPic is a customized, commissioned digital caricature art piece exclusively designed for each donor only after we receive a donation, we do not issue conventional refunds or returns. Donations will only be returned to the donor if the SigFigPic digital caricature is not sent to the donor's email address they provided in their submitted commission form within the 7-10 business days outlined in our commission process, or if the donor receives the wrong SigFigPic digital caricature instead of the one they commissioned. A SigFigPic will only be deemed to be the "wrong" caricature if the caricature is majorly contradicting the information the donor submitted in their commission form. In this case, a refund will be processed back to the donor through PayPal only if the donor received the entirely-wrong commissioned caricature piece, and not what the donor deems as "different" from what they submitted (in the event they are not satisfied with the commissioned caricature piece that contains a SigFig caricature based on the information the donor provided). We reserve the right to determine what caricature piece is eligible for a refund, and have sole discretion of deciding whether the potential refund fits within our Return Policy.

Cancel Commission Policy

1.- If a donor would like to cancel the commission they submitted before making the donation to fund the SigFigPic, the donor must cancel the commission by contacting SigFigPics via the form on our website's contact page. (This may be needed if an error occurs during the commission process and the commission is not to the donor's specifications upon reading the commission review email.) A COMMISSION CAN ONLY BE CANCELED BEFORE THE DONATION IS SUBMITTED TO FUND THE SIGFIGPIC.

2.- After the commission review email is sent along with the secure PayPal link in 1-3 business days, this will be the last opportunity the donor will have to cancel their commission if the commission is not to their specifications, as detailed in Cancel Commission Policy 1. As stated on our Build-Your-SigFigPic page, after receiving the secure PayPal link the donor will have up to 3 business days to donate and thus fund the SigFigPic caricature before the commission is deemed to be cancelled on account of the donor by SigFigPics.

General Disclaimers

1.- We reserve the right to refuse a commission of any kind, including but not limited to, if it contains any hateful, stereotypical, racial, inappropriate, or violence-perpetuating content.

2.- Once a donor funds their commission, they are allowing us a creative license to create and design a caricature using official LEGO Minifigure pieces based upon the information the donor submits in their commission. The caricature will ultimately not be an accurate representation of the appearance or likeness of the person the SigFig is supposed to be based upon. The caricature we design is an artistic take on an overall SigFig character design. In addition, once a donor funds their commission, they are giving us the right to use any personal information they provide in it (including but not limited to names, occupations, ranks, etc.) when designing their SigFigPic for use only in making the final caricature piece. We ensure that any personal information included on the SigFigPic will be kept strictly confidential and never shared with any party whatsoever, in line with what is outlined in our privacy policy.

3.- LEGO Minifigure parts come in a variety of skin tones. Unless a SigFig's skin tone is specified by the donor in their commission form, SigFigPics reserves the right to apply any skin tone we deem would best fit the SigFig caricature's overall design, ranging from flesh skin tones of varying shades to the classic yellow-based LEGO Minifigure staple.

4.- Colors and SigFigPic digital image quality may vary depending on the electronic device or printer device the donor uses upon receiving the finished SigFigPic caricature by email. Every SigFigPic is created and edited in 300 PPI (Pixels Per Inch) to ensure the clearest image quality.

5.- We do not reprint, reuse, or license a donor's customized SigFigPic in any way or capacity to any other party, as each SigFigPic is a custom commissioned art piece tailor-designed for that particular donor.

6.- Donors or other third-parties may not reproduce, duplicate, alter, adapt, edit, or change any digital art caricatures created through our SigFigPics caricature service in any way and for any reason. This includes for any monetary, promotional, pr advertising purpose, or by any other means of displaying or attempting to pass off a SigFigPic caricature as their own. Any attempt to do any of these things with caricatures made through our SigFigPics service is a direct violation of our intellectual properties, as every digital art caricature made through our SigFigPics service is copyrighted to SigFigPics and to Bricky Picys, 2025.
